Several Workers Wounded in Jdeideh Ceiling Collapse
Several workers were wounded on Tuesday when a ceiling of a building collapsed in Roueissat in al-Metn's Jdeideh area, the state-run National News Agency reported.
“A 120-meter ceiling collapsed in Roueissat, causing the injury of several workers,” the NNA said.
It noted, however, that no deaths were reported so far.
The same source added that Civil Defense forces rushed to the scene to rescue the laborers stuck under the rubble.
Meanwhile, the wounded were transferred to hospitals for treatment.
