A number of rockets were fired from the Syrian side of the border against the Bekaa region of Brital, reported the National News Agency on Wednesday.
It said that five 107mm rockets landed in the Brital towns of Ham and Hor Taala.
A sixth rocket fell on the outskirts of Maarboun town in the Bekaa.
No one was injured in the attacks that were launched from the eastern mountain range.
In addition, four rockets landed on Wadi al-Raayan area in the eastern mountain belt plains in Arsal.
Later on Wednesday, Al-Nusra Front in Lebanon took to Twitter to claim responsibility for launching five Grad rockets on Brital and Nabi Sheet areas in the Bekaa.
On Tuesday, five rockets fired from the Lebanese-Syrian border landed on the outskirts of the Bekaa town of al-Bazzaliyeh and nearby areas.
A number of rockets had been fired from the Syrian side of the border against the Bekaa since Hizbullah's acknowledgment of its fighting in the Syrian conflict alongside the country's ruling regime.
The “Marwan Hadid Brigades” usually claims responsibility for such border attacks.
