Husband Employing Underage Wife Arrested with Prostitution Ring in Tabarja
A man who was employing his underage wife in a prostitution ring was arrested in the Tabarja region.
Security forces arrested the Syrian man and his Syrian wife, 14.
Two Iraqi sisters were also arrested for their involvement in the ring.
The husband confessed to prostituting his wife, while the sisters confessed that “they sometimes prostituted themselves without an agent.”
The ring was operating in the Jounieh and Tabarja regions north of Beirut.
