The Lebanese army announced on Wednesday the arrest of two Lebanese for transferring equipment to the outskirts of the northeastern border town of Arsal.
They were identified as Hussein Deeb al-Fleiti and Abdullah Mohammed Amoun, said the military statement.
They were also attempting to transfer food to the outskirts.
The suspects were found to be driving in cars without legal documents.
Meanwhile, the army also arrested Syrian Tareq Omar Airout on suspicion that he belongs to a terrorist group.
He was detained in the Bekaa region of al-Labweh.
All the suspects have been referred to the concerned judiciary.
Later on Wednesday, the General Appeals Prosecutor in the South Judge Rahif Ramadan charged a seven-member network with forging entry permits to Syrian refugees, reported the National News Agency.
It said that the network was comprised of four Lebanese and three Syrians.
Three of the Lebanese are at large, while rest have been detained.
