A Palestinian car hit three Israeli teenagers in the southern West Bank on Thursday, with the driver later arrested in what police said they were treating as a deliberate attack.
The incident, which involved a black car, took place on a road near Alon Shvut settlement in Gush Etzion, a large West Bank settlement bloc.
One of the youths was in serious but stable condition, while two others were lightly to moderately wounded, medical services said.
Police identified the driver as a Palestinian from the Hebron area.
The Shin Bet domestic security service identified the suspect as Mohammed Arafiya, born in 1993, who was released from prison a year ago for throwing stones at Israelis.
Arafiya had "admitted to carrying out the attack, saying he was targeting Israelis for nationalist reasons," according to the Shin Bet.
