Clearly indicating the rising interest paid by international companies and businessmen to Project Lebanon as an effective tool to strengthen their presence in the Lebanese and regional markets, more than 400 exhibitors participate in this year’s edition; including 150 international companies representing 24 countries including Italy, France, Belgium, Turkey, Egypt, Romania, Cyprus, Iran, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Greece, Malaysia, Slovakia, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, China, India, Kuwait, Lebanon and Brazil.

This broad international presence is supported by several international trade bodies , such as the French Agency for the Development of Foreign Trade (Business France), Italian Trade Commission (ICE), the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism of the Republic of Cyprus, the Turkish Ministry of Economy, the Romanian Ministry of Economy, Egypt Expo and Convention Authority (EECA), and others, as well as the embassies of the participating countries, including those of Italy, France and Egypt.

This year’s edition of “Project Lebanon” is expected to produce a large turnout despite the turbulent circumstances surrounding the region. IFP Group Chairman, Albert Aoun, stated that "Project Lebanon has become a comprehensive and diverse event covering all aspects of trade, economics, and investment, through our continuous efforts aiming to upgrade the exhibition’s quality through events and activities held throughout the show.”

“Project Lebanon 2015” will run concurrently with the 5th International Trade Exhibition for Power Generation, Electricity, HVAC, Alternative Energy, Water and Environmental Technologies, “Energy Lebanon 2015”, and the Fourth International Conference for Environmental Technologies, Sustainability and Clean Energy, “EcOrient 2015”, which took place on June 3 in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCI).

Moreover, “Project Lebanon 2015”, which lasts until June 5, is one of a series of specialized construction exhibitions organized by International Fairs and Promotions (IFP Group) in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and Iraq. The exhibition serves as a major leading exhibition in the construction and development of the real estate sector in Lebanon. This is clearly demonstrated through the increasing international participation since its inception, in addition to the presence of almost all local companies operating in the field of construction materials, equipment and services.

EcOrient 2015

EcOrient, the 4th International Conference for Environmental Technologies, Sustainability and Clean Energy, which will be held in partnership with the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), was inaugurated by Minister of Environment, Mohammad Mashnouq on June 3.
