Vehicle Goes on Fire in Zouk
Security forces launched an investigation after a fire engulfed a green Volvo in Zouk, north of Beirut, at midnight Sunday, media reports said.
Residents heard several explosions when the vehicle went on fire.
Firefighters immediately put out the blaze and police launched a probe to know the causes of the incident.
The National News Agency, in its turn, said the vehicle was more than 25-years-old and the fire was caused by an electrical friction.
