Trump, Vance urge Hezbollah and Israel to respect ceasefire
The United States is "committed to PEACE," and we "encourage everyone in the Middle East Region to maintain their commitment to allowing our negotiations to beautifully unfold," U.S. President Donald Trump said overnight.
"The Markets are loving what is happening with Oil Prices way down, and Stocks way up. We expect a complete Ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Israel," Trump urged.
U.S. Vice President JD Vance meanwhile called on Hezbollah and Israel to show restraint.
"We expect Hezbollah is not gonna be firing rockets and firing drones at the Israelis, and we also expect that the Israelis are not gonna be going wild in Lebanon. Both sides have to honor their end of the deal," Vance added, referring to the Iran-U.S. MoU that contains the conflict in Lebanon as one of its clauses.
