Lebanon drew 1-1 with Uzbekistan on Friday in the second match of the final Asian qualifying round for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Jasur Hasanov gave Uzbekistan a 1-0 lead just 11 minutes into the match both sides needed to win to get their campaigns for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil back on track.
Lebanon lost its opening Group A match to Qatar 1-0.
The home team struggled through much of the second half of the match at the Camille Chamoun Sports City in Beirut until Ali al-Saadi drew Lebanon level by overpowering Ignatiy Nesterov with free kick from 30 meters.
Uzbekistan, who replaced their coach after losing their opener 1-0 to Iran, attacked relentlessly in the second, but failed to convert their chances.
