2 People Killed in Car Accident in Jal el-Dib, One Injured in Shooting in Dekwaneh
Two people were killed in a car accident in Jal el-Dib in early morning Tuesday.
The accident took place when the driver lost control of his car crashing in the Jal el-Dib bridge, killing him and his companion.
The bodies were sent to Abou Jawde hospital while Jdeideh traffic police worked on removing the crashed car from the road.
In a separate incident, a citizen shot another in the foot in Dekwaneh around dawn Tuesday.
Moments after committing his crime, the shooter escaped while the injured was taken to a nearby hospital.
