Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is expected to make a speech in the next two days to address the recent developments in the case of the construction violations on public property, said media reports on Friday.
Al-Liwaa daily reported on Friday that the party is “uncomfortable and worried” about this file being addressed.
He is also expected to tackle United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon’s recent report on the implementation of U.N. Security Council resolution 1559, which the party had recently condemned.
Sources voiced to the daily concerns that the construction violations file may be employed politically in light of Hizbullah and AMAL’s failure and inability to tackle this issue due to the unprecedented rate at which the violations have taken place.
