Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, have arrived in Australia as part of their two-week tour of the Pacific.
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall landed in the Outback Queensland town of Longreach on Monday following a visit to Papua New Guinea.
Dignitaries including Governor-General Quentin Bryce greeted the royal couple before they visited staff from the Royal Flying Doctor Service. They also watched a whip-cracking demonstration at the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame.
The pair is scheduled to visit several cities across Australia and New Zealand before returning to the UK on Nov. 16.
