Raad: Enemies want president who would tighten noose on resistance
The head of Hezbollah’s parliamentary bloc, MP Mohammed Raad, on Saturday warned that his party’s “enemies” are “trying to turn the presidential juncture in Lebanon into a platform for taking hold of a president who would implement their policies and continue their scheme of tightening the noose on the Resistance.”
“We are not the ones paralyzing the country. It is rather being paralyzed by those who are putting their hand on its money, banks, policies, siege and sanctions, preventing that it be supplied with electricity,” Raad said.
Sadly 50% of Shia are either on Basij pay or indoctrinated living imaginary myths as in North Korea, and the other 50% are living a nightmare oppressed in a big prison like reformers in Iran. Once there are no arms outside army, political mafia dismantled, and democracy and freedom restored then you'll see the majority of Shia stepping out of this nightmare and rediscovering their culture and traditions. Shia are a critical part of Lebanese community that is unlike any other in the region. Have you ever wondered why Lebanese in diaspora do not live the same tension as in Lebanon; simply because in the west no one is threatening their freedom and democracy so we can focus on what make us unique and join us as Lebanese regardless of our religion. Hizb is an Iranian creation that is stealing our democracy and way of life and this is becoming clear to all including SHia.
Mystic I am not. Read my post properly. I don't think you are as silly as to think that 100% of Lebanese Shias support Hezballah or even the so called Shia duo any more than I think that 100% of Sunnis and Druze are 100% against! Or 100% of Christians support either the LF, FPM or Kataeb. The results in actual votes, not in seats, during the last elections show this clearly. Hezballah is now even having problems with the FPM, their only non Shia ally with any significant support. The disagreements sometimes violent by the bases of both are there for all to see on various social medias. Let's average your 30-40% down the middle to 35%. When we factor all the above and what you get is "Raad sees about two third of the Lebanese as his enemies".
Mille milliards de mille sabords!
Because it's not Hezbollah who has destroyed Lebanon blew up the capital and caused a financial crisis? It's just those pesky 'enemies' trying to tighten the noose on the Shmesistance. Keep blaming others for the consequences of your actions monsieur tonnerre de Dahye .
Resistance of WHAT?
You just signed with your shadow "Aoun mar mkhai" another treaty with Israel that AMIN GEMAYEL 10+ years ago could have gotten LEBANON more water territory than you idiots.
You suffocated the entire nation because of your deeds, Saudia and Gulf are enemies, America is an enemy on the surface but you are desperate to the Shia of Michigan to send you $
Anyone who calls Hizbollah a resistance muct have his head examined. Hizbollah is Iran's foreign legion that occupied South Lebanon to make an Iranian rocket base and training ground for regional hegemony. Hizbollah is a criminal organization that killed Lebanon's best. Its henchmen would have certainly killed Imam Moussa Saddr if he was alive today as Basij have killed all reformers in Iran. Hizbollah's support is a mile wide but only an inch deep based on oppression, indoctrination and intimidation. Not different from Saddam and Kaddafi 99% support that disappeared as soon as their fall. No greater paper tiger. Any politician making a deal with the occupier is a traitor pure and simple. Lebanon liberation has started!
I don't think many even yourself believes this
“We are not the ones paralyzing the country. It is rather being paralyzed by those who are putting their hand on its money, banks, policies, siege and sanctions, preventing that it be supplied with electricity
You control the arms, call yourself a 'resistance' but accept accept responsibility for your stances. Go find some other rubbish line of reasoning.
Their only resistance is against the government and most of the population of Lebanon who are trying to build a stable and safe country based in the 21st Century.
