Macron urges instant end to all acts that violate Lebanon ceasefire
French President Emmanuel Macron has called for an “immediate” halt to “all actions that violate” the ceasefire that has been in effect in Lebanon since Wednesday, the Elysee Palace said on Friday.
During two phone calls Thursday with Speaker Nabih Berri and caretaker PM Najib Mikati, Macron called on all parties to fully implement this ceasefire, stressing that “all actions that violate this full implementation must immediately stop,” the Elysee added.
