The judicial police in Beirut’s southern suburbs arrested on Sunday three fugitives who have been wanted for various crimes, reported Voice of Lebanese radio.

It said that the three individuals sought to escape the police as it was arresting a number of wanted suspects in the area of Gallery Semaan.

A chase ensued, with the security forces firing shots in the air to intimidate them.

They eventually succeeded in arresting Hadi Ahmed Zoaiter, Ali Zoaiter, and Abdul Kaim Qataya, who are all wanted for armed robbery.

Hadi Zoaiter was found in possession of three false IDs that he used to evade army checkpoints.

I am tired of seeing the same names committing same crimes. Start executing them how good it is to arrest them and release them 9 months later.

We need to remove the root cause first.
