Saudi Ambassador Ali Awadh Asiri said on Monday that President Michel Suleiman postponed his visit to Saudi Arabia after consultations between the Saudi and Lebanese Authorities.

“The postponement of the visit came in light of consultation between the Saudi and Lebanese Authorities,” Asiri said in a statement.

He explained that the visit will be “postponed to a date that will be set later on.”

Suleiman was scheduled to travel to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Suleiman told the pan-Arab daily al-Hayat that he “will discuss with kingdom officials the developments in the region and their impact on Lebanon.”

“Saudi Arabia has been Lebanon's main supporter throughout its history of political and economic crises,” he explained while denying that the talks will address the formation of a new government in Lebanon.

He was scheduled to hold talks in Saudi Arabia with King Abdullah and former Premier Saad Hariri.

Suleiman is set to travel to the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday.

Asiri yah habib kalbe
We thank your concern for our country but with all respect we do not need it nor require your services.
Our President who is representing the people of Lebanon would rather be in the same position as the Russians portraying the same words ....." Thanks , but No Thanks " ... Now there is the door ! Go !
But considering that he cannot say such words to you directly , I would like to have the pleasure to say it to you on behalf of the Majority of Lebanese ....
" Asiri could you please BUTT OUT of our countries' affairs, you are not welcomed ! Now there is the door & there is a one way ticket to your desert homeland , please don't apply for a visa to Lebanon ! It is time to feed Saad , now GO !!!"
Now imagine that statement in foul language ! Next time I won't be so nice ....
