Well on the other side of the mountain is.... yup! Zeiater village- it's actually only a 20-min drive from Warde parking lot (since there's not much snow they can easily get across with a 'borrowed' SUV from their friends in Britel)

U speak about caves... and being cut off from civilization, and not handing in their weapons... sounds awfully familiar to another group in Lebanon that also thinks the the war is not over... hmmm

Thumb _mowaten_ 29 January 2014, 14:45

nobody (except the MadBad sectarian) says they were taken in that direction.

It is so unlike HA to kidnap people, journalists, or pilots. I refuse to believe it even if I saw it with my own two eyes.

Thumb MaddyBaddy 29 January 2014, 15:32

Harajel is pretty close y'know what happened there not too long ago... then again it's because of the breaking down of order and civil obedience that this is happening- a bit like Aleppo 3 years ago before things got nasty

I await the day when i will read ONE meaningful post, ONE counter argument, ONE credible or mature info from you, -_Flamethrower_- , but alas!

Thumb _mowaten_ 29 January 2014, 15:56

accusing HA for anything a shia does, is like accusing moustaqbal for anything a sunni does. is that your logic ice-man?

beware, because at that rate moustaqbal will end up with a muuuuch longer record.

mowaten of iran: I urge you to stay away from sectarian stereotyping as it adds no value to your argument. My immense respect that I once held for you in such high esteem is quickly diminishing. I am affiliated with Lebanon and my country of birth to which I pledge allegiance at all times.

Thumb _mowaten_ 29 January 2014, 16:12

wow ice-boy, that comment was very original! I didn't see you write the same about a hundred times in the last weeks!

Thumb ice-man 29 January 2014, 16:22

mowaten: your comments prove to me without shadow of a doubt that you follow me, read all my comments, and in fact admire me!

Thumb _mowaten_ 29 January 2014, 16:52

i told you ice-boy, i'm not into you, stop trying or i'll press charges for harassment

Thumb MaddyBaddy 29 January 2014, 15:34

To be stuck up there for weeks at a time... no one ever takes that road (rarely even in Summertime) to that's probably the only thing they can do to kill time... take another pufffffffffff ahhhhhh yeah good stuff :D

I have friends in Nigeria that have gotten kidnapped a number of times... it always starts at a high number like $100,000 but they get released eventually for $5,000... same situation with the Somali pirates & almost every ransom-based kidnapping- BLAME CAPITALISM!!

The Naharnet article doesn't relate as to whom the kidnappers were, the article is as brief as it could be. I believe that the worst we could not henceforth is to engage in futile speculation. At least let's wait till more evidence is officially divulged, till then.

**We could DO henceforth...**

**Corrigendum. ** The Naharnet article doesn't relate as to whom the kidnappers were, the article is as brief as it could be. I believe that the worst we could do henceforth is NOT to engage in futile speculation. At least let's wait till more evidence is officially divulged, till then.

Training camps for the Iranian mercs in and around Oyoun al-Siman are well documented they have eyes and ears everywhere in the area, somebody should ask them about what happened to Julien. I just hope they don't get the same answers they got with Joseph Sader.

I wholeheartedly agree with your accurate assessment of Flamethrower.
