U.S., OSCE Leader Want Observers in Ukraine 'Immediately'

The U.S. envoy and head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe said on Monday that the OSCE should "immediately" send an observer mission to Ukraine, as the pan-European body met in Vienna on Monday.
"We call today for OSCE observers to be sent immediately to Ukraine," ambassador Daniel Baer said in a speech, released on Monday, to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
He said that the OSCE "should make the decision today to move forward with plans and preparation for a monitoring mission immediately".
He said this would "monitor and prevent conflict; ensure the protection of human rights of members of minorities; prevent border conflict; promote respect for territorial integrity; and to maintain peace, stability and security in the region."
His comments were made at a OSCE Preparatory Committee Meeting on Ukraine on Sunday afternoon in Vienna, followed Monday morning by a gathering of the OSCE Special Permanent Council.
Created during the Cold War as a forum for dialogue between East and West and now covering most of the northern hemisphere, the OSCE conducts election monitoring, arms control and conflict prevention activities worldwide.
The head of the organisation also said Monday that Ukraine should invite the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to send an observer mission to the crisis-hit country.
"I encourage the Ukrainian government to invite the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights to set up a mission to evaluate the past and ... the circumstances surrounding the incidents taking place in Ukraine," said Swiss President Didier Burkhalter, whose country currently holds the OSCE's rotating presidency.

There is 330 parlementarian on a 450 total passing votes pro EU (even less than our dear telet el damen) so for the guys who will come and put comments pro very democratic socialist and humanitarian puting they have facts...
Anyway just our dear hezbos, minority of population (cause not all shia are hezbos and i cannot imagine my fellow aouni really for arms outside states institutions and going to holy war; wejeb jihadi of this islamic resistance..)deciding of the fate of the all country and counting on external (iranian) support..

Nuce flame but not all the 330 parlementarian of the 450 total are far right (u should guess acess to the distribution of political powers on the internet)..
But thx for the input flame, and u know imperialist west and socialist est got united in world war 2 in front of nazis, hezbollah (a sectarian millicia finaced by iran) lebanese comunists, kawmi..also faught together zionist enemy.. There is plenty exemple in history about comon interest between people with very different political visions..
Anyway making all the 330 pro EU parlementarians as far right is in some kind exagerated (a lot in fact) so exagerated that u must stop listening to SANA and other regional pro SANA media so much and maybe look a litle to others, or search by urself..

Yes syrian army is playing ally with ISiL both are fighting FSA...and both bachar and ISIL (and co.) are the enemies of free syrian people (in my opinion) So what's ur point?
Sorry if made u mad but on the 330 parlementarian pro eu there is sherly far right but those 330 parlementariasn pro EU (over a total of 450)are not far right, my coment was to lift the confusion ur coment might have implyed..

It's quite obvious to me after Nuland told us the US imputed 5 billion dollars into Ukraine to destabilize it that this is yet another imperial puppet government and as such Russia is securing a rational defensive position. Haven't we had enough of US imperialist thuggery. Let ALL Ukrainian people decide their future through referendum as in Crimea and kick the foreign influence out.
