Counterfeit Money Gang Arrested in Bekaa

State Security Forces in the Bekaa arrested on Friday a five-member gang, all Lebanese, involved in counterfeiting and circulating money notes, the state-run National News Agency said on Saturday.
The gang, which includes a woman, was arrested for trading with counterfeit currency inside Lebanon and abroad, NNA added.
Police seized what was worth $22,000 of fake currency of different notes from the gang.
The police added that efforts will carry on to arrest all involved in similar acts.

Mowaten is right!!! All of the problems in the Bekaa come from Zahle. All of the surrounding areas suffer as a result of their zahlewey tyranny. All of the hash, weapons, counter-fitting, and most importantly kidnapping, all originate in Zahle. Brital, Baalbak and these other areas all suffer from having receiving drugs, stolen cars, counter-fit money, and their families kidnapped from people in Zahle. Mowaten is right!

Mowaten, sometimes we have to acknowledge problems with our community and move forward. I'm not saying one sect is better than another. But...certain sects do seem to have a higher instance of certain types of criminal activity originating in their area. It doesn't mean that everyone is bad but I think most get what I am saying.

@speakfreely, in the KSA, such criminals would have been beheaded, in Iran hanged and in both countries, in public. Yet for all the ideology followed in Lebanon, such criminals keep getting so much mercy, why?
