Hizbullah Slams Nasrallah's Critics, Considers Counter-Remarks Worthless

إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربية W460

Hizbullah lashed out on Tuesday at critics who slammed the speech of it party leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, describing their remarks as “worthless.”

“For the past three days we read and heard the reactions to Nasrallah's speech, which were far from the reality he conveyed and failed to counter his argument” Hizbullah's media officer Mohammad Afif said in a statement.

The skeptics only caused fuss and justified the assault against the Yemeni people, he pointed out.

“The remarks ignored the essence of (Nasrallah's) speech, which called on the Yemenis to engage in dialogue to reach a political solution far from foreign intervention,” the statement continued.

Afif noted that the party continuously calls for dialogue in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain and Lebanon.

He stressed that Nasrallah's speech doesn't provoke sedition or call on Yemenis to fight each other, “but merely underlined their right to defend themselves against invaders.”

“The remarks against (Nasrallah's speech) came by weak and bitter sides and don't require any comment by us,” Afif added.

A Saudi-led coalition began bombing Yemen last week, saying it was targeting the Shiite Huthi rebels and their allies.

The Hizbullah chief unleashed a tirade against Saudi Arabia after the offensive over its intervention in Yemen, calling it "surprising and painful," and suggesting Riyadh would suffer a "humiliating defeat" if it didn't resolve the conflict through negotiations.

But the March 14 alliance backed the Saudi campaign.

On Monday, Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Awadh Asiri hit out anew at Nasrallah, considering his fiery speech reflected a “psychological crisis.”

On Sunday, Asiri issued a statement accusing Nasrallah of misleading the public over the Yemeni crisis and defaming the kingdom.

Thumb marcus 31 March 2015, 14:26

it took nassrallah 24 days into the 2014 Gaza war to make a speech while it took him 18 hours to make a speech about Yemen attacking Saudi Arabia:))

Thumb _mowaten_ 31 March 2015, 14:50

LOL that argument is so weak i laughed when koteich used it, and couldnt believe he had to repeat it 4 times as if he had gotten onto something BIG! (to be honest, it's probably his strongest argument in there).

Nasrallah's speech had been programmed before the start Saudi attack on Yemen, was he supposed to cancel it? It had been announced several days before, could koteich really not know that? Then why is he pretending not to? Why is he also deliberately lying when makes hypocrite calls for Hezbollah to give rockets to Hamas? Can he also not be aware that all of Hamas' arsenal comes from HA-Syria-Iran?
That guys is a living lie, and you brainwashed goons know it full well, but you're just too happy to hear the same lies and distortions you tell day in and day out.

Thumb _mowaten_ 31 March 2015, 15:14

Also, either koteich cannot count or once again he is deliberately lying to try to emphasize his desperately weak point.
The israeli war on Gaza started july 8th, and Nasrallah made a speech on july 25th.

I understand you guys are so fond of him, he gives you the impression that you can be an ignorant hateful liar and still "make it".

Terrorist you're hitting new lows everyday, keep it up, you might find some oil soon.

Missing mohammad_ca 31 March 2015, 15:18

Actually his strongest argument was Nasrallah's admission that all his decisions are driven by vilayet e faqih yet denying it in his latest speech. Also, how many days does it take for hizbolaat to "program" a talk? Way to try to find excuse and deny the essence of the arguments.

Thumb _mowaten_ 31 March 2015, 15:23

terrorist: i sincerely feel sorry for you.

mohammad: how many decades does it take arab puppets to stand up to israel? we're still waiting for the "decisive storm" of KSA against israel, can you share with us your estimated timeline?
in the mean time, it is not speeches that gaza and palestine needs, it is weapons. and hezbollah didnt wait a single day for that.

Thumb ex-fpm 31 March 2015, 15:24

No mowaten, you are distorting the truth and the facts. Nassrallah himself admitted at the beginning of his speech that "he was watching the news the night before and was surprised by the Saudi airstrikes" and therefore he made the speech. His whole speech was targeting Saudi Arabia as a result of the air strikes. His whole speech was about that. If it was programmed prior to the airstrikes, what would he have talked about? The airstrikes that were going to take place? nice try and if Nadim's dismantling of your nassrallah is not worth your reply, why have you so far written 3 long paragraphs in response!

What is worthless today will be most worthy soon. If Hezbollah keeps treating all criticism and all remarks made over it, the day will come when it would literally beg to be criticized, in comparison to the predicament that could well await it. Cockiness, arrogance and pompousness don't make a good cocktail in a world where diplomacy is seen as the best way forward. If Iran can spend many white nights at the same table with the West to trash out a diplomatic solution, so should it send an ominous signal of emulation to Hezbollah. may the wise listen.

What a cute badge, I like the slogan as well رجال نصرالله قادمون.
Little known fact this catchy slogan has multiple applications. It's used to welcome the latest batch of boxes full of "martyrs" for the cause of the Ayatollah's ISlamic Empire arriving from exotic places all over the globe. It will also be used in town and villages all over this country (Lebanon, not the new ISlamic Persian Empire)to greet the new set of bee2 al 7adina members and their families arriving from their recent ex-places of employment in the GCC. After a couple of week of feeding their families nothing but stale Hezbollah BS and lies, a new slogan will emerge withing those bee2 al 7adina members رجال نصرالله نادمون.
