Syria Shells Lebanese Helicopter in North

Syrian anti-aircrafts opened fire at a Lebanese helicopter near the al-Kabir River on the border with Syria in the North, the state-run National News Agency reported on Thursday.
The helicopter was slightly damaged but the pilots managed to return to the Qlaiaat base, it added.
The helicopter was on a tour roaming over the plains of Akkar.
Investigations and contacts have kicked off following the unprecedented incident.
The Voice of Lebanon radio (100.5) later said that the “Syrian authorities have targeted a Lebanese military helicopter because it violated its airspace.”

When the Turks downed the invading Russian plane the trolls of the resistance spammed the forum with statements such as " Did the Russian plane present any real danger to Turkey".... etc, etc.
I am sure now this Syrian aggression against a Lebanese helicopter is explained as Syria defending its sovereignty.

نشرت صحيفة لوفيغارو الفرنسية تقريراً، كشفت فيه أن جهاز مكافحة التجسّس التابع لــ”حزب الله” اعتقل مصطفى مغنية، نجل عماد مغنية القائد العسكري السابق للحزب الذي اغتالته إسرائيل عام 2008، بالتجسّس لمصلحة وكالة الاستخبارات الأميركية (سي آي إيه) وإسرائيل. لكنها أشارت إلى أنها لم تتمكن من الحصول على أي رد من “حزب الله” على الخبر.

I swear I was 100% within Lebanese airspace. They must have me because of my anti-assad, anti-HA, anti ISIS posts on this forum. Thank God the pilot is OK (unlike the fate of Samer HAnna shot by HA) and I will be able to fly again.LEBANON and its Cedars will be for eternity.

this is the way it is supposed to be. Lebanon and Assad at war, fighting at the border. This is healthy confrontation. unlike assad's insidious car bombs, HA, Amal, and other junk. I wish we can have an open war with Assad, and finish once and for all from this junk that has plagued us for 40 years.
