Macron Calls Aoun on Eve of PM Consultations
President Michel Aoun on Sunday received a phone call from his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron, on the eve of binding parliamentary consultations to pick a new PM.
The National News Agency said the talks tackled Macron's visit to Lebanon on Monday and the current political developments in the country.
"The French president reiterated his support for the ongoing efforts to form a new government," NNA added.
