Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili is scheduled to visit Lebanon on Monday where he is expected to meet with a number of senior officials, various media reports said on Sunday.

The pan-Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat stated that the talks will focus on the developments in Syria, with some sources describing his meetings as “crisis talks” given the escalation of events in the neighboring country.

Jalili is set to hold talks with President Michel Suleiman, Speaker Nabih Berri, Prime Minister Najib Miqati, and Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour on the latest local and regional developments during his “short trip to Lebanon,” said the daily.

Sources did not confirm or deny to Asharq al-Awsat whether the Iranian official will hold talks with Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

The daily An Nahar reported Sunday that he is scheduled to attend an Iranian Embassy iftar on the occasion of Quds Day, which falls on Monday.

Dude, I'm yet to read a single post by you that doesn't mention wahabism and or Saudi Arabia, what does this article have to do with either, it actually talks about your master coming to visit his slaves [ nasrallah, berri, the clown in the orange suite ], so you better be on your knees along with the other slaves to welcome ya'll persian master, and for your info, Syria/Iran are the biggest sponsors of terrorism and Fatah al Islam is a Syrian creation, educate yourself.

@ Fadi and just for the sake of clarification (I'm not a fan of Iran so don't jump on your high horse)... To say Syria and Iran are behind more terrorism than Saudi is the most absurd and ludicrous thing I've ever heard. You yourself don't believe it so be careful. Literally the most absurd comment I've ever read on this forum. 9/11 and the majority of the hijackers were Saudi, Osama bin Laden, Al Qaida, those who bomb Churches and Shiite Mosques, and pretty much exercise suicide operations THROUGHOUT THE WORLD ARE WAHABI/SALAFI fanatics.

Kidnap that guy and execute him!
Anyway we, free Lebanese, won't listen to hzbo's master's voice!
Jalili has nothing to tell us nor impose to us!
Iran will not replace Syria as tutelage!

Bomb Iran into submission, and let's finish with the vermines once and for all! This is the Final Solution !

The problems in Syria, Lebanon, Bahrain and Saudi are all caused by Iranian agents.

The Iranians are screwed in Syria and they know it. They are in Beirut trying to hold Lebanon in their camp. They usually only talk to the Hezz and their stooges. Whenever the Hezz and Persians make a mess they can't fix, only then do they engage the real government.
