Hizbullah Calls on Independence Day Lebanese to Commit to People, Army, Resistance Equation

إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربية W460

Hizbullah noted on Wednesday that Lebanon's Independence Day is a very important occasion for the Lebanese people due to the principles of loyalty and sacrifice that it entails.

It called in a statement the Lebanese people to unite around the equation of the people, army, and resistance.

“This equation made possible southern Lebanon's liberation from Israeli occupation on May 25, 2000 and holy victory during the Israeli assault on the country in July 2006,” it said.

The party warned of the dangers “lurking around Lebanon and the region as a result of enemy conspiracies that are targeting our people, land, wealth, freedom, and sovereignty.”

“These dangers require the people to unite under national principles in order to protect the country against regional crises,” stressed Hizbullah.

We'll celebrate November 22nd the day we're free from Iran. For the time being, there's no reason to celebrate our so called independence since we aren't free people.

Thumb Elemental 21 November 2012, 19:59

Cheers to that!

Shove your equation and perform a jihadist duty on yourself

With vasoline and those 2 rockets they found.

That equation is a divisive formula. More than half of the Lebanese do not and never will subscribe to it. Shoving it down our throat serves only in fostering resentment and ill feelings amongst us.

Freeing Palestine is not our job, it is for all the Arabs to work on and we should drop the pretense and concentrate on pure Lebanese issues. Leave Israel alone (bad as Israel is) and it will leave us alone.

Commit to People, Army, Resistance Equation......Who made this equation I may ask? The terrorists themselves! There is no place for "resistance aka IRAN" in this equation you cons!

Thumb Elemental 21 November 2012, 19:58

Iranians acting as Lebanese wishing US an independence day? lol ok sure...and by the way it's People + Army ONLY. And a "holy victory" = 3000+ dead civilians? That doesn't make any sense.

Thumb bigsami 21 November 2012, 20:05

Well stated Elemental!!!

Thumb arzak-ya-libnan 21 November 2012, 20:00

question is.. how do we commit to a "Lebanese" resistance that openly declare they are followers of wilayat al faqih ...which automatically means they HAVE to follow the supreme leaders orders...AND on Lebanons independence day...????

Thumb lebnanfirst 21 November 2012, 21:13

Answer is: We DO NOT!

it s independance day! no way celebrate a party that pledged allegiance to the iranian revolution and calls itself islamic resistance and not lebanese resistance...!
seems they need support and desperate to find it...

independance means a state, an army and people wa bes! and the same law for all !

Our formula is People - Army - Institutions. You can shove your formula where the sun doesnt shine. And stop killing anyone who is good for the country you lowlife.

I just love how some ignorant people come up with all these accusations without any proofs other than what their political masters tell them to say then they resort to insults because thats all their small minds know.
Please if anyone has any proof that the hizb has assassinated anyone or is taking orders from Iran please put them forward otherwise just be quiet.
As for believing in wilayat al faqih yes the hizb has said they are believers but if you recall they have also publicly stated that they don't believe that this is something that will work in Lebanon how convenient of you to have left that part out ya "arzak-ya-libnan" for those of you who don't believe that please refer to the hizb's manifesto at the following link.

The resistance is the last thing Lebanon needs. It's Independence Day, not Dependence on Hezbollah.
