Report: Copper from Dismantling Zouk Power Plant Worth Large Sums of Money

Dismantling Zouk power plant, which was assigned to two foreign companies, includes a major violation as the junk of the factory is reportedly worth large sums of money.
According to An Nahar newspaper published on Tuesday, the copper produced from dismantling the power plant could generate profit, which requires an independent tender itself.
The newspaper quoted a source, that rejected to unveil its name, as saying that one of the contractors that won the $100,000 tender decided to get rid of the junk.
However, a regulatory body had said that this decision contains a major violation.
Media reports had said that the two companies Danish BWSC company, a global turnkey developer, contractor and operator of tailored medium to large-scale power plants, and the German MAN Group -Maschinenfabrik Augsburg-Nürnberg-, will work on rehabilitating the Zouk and Jiyyeh power plants within 18 months maximum.
Lebanon has long suffered from electricity outages because of shortages at its power plants whose maximum capacity is less than 1,500 megawatts but the country’s actual need exceeds 2,300 megawatts.

i give him 2 out 10 for his work...to start with the power ship only started work this month and is down to 10% of capacity.it was idle for two month and getting our money for doing nothing ...your idea of successes doesn't add to much ..must have very low expectations.i have my views until proven otherwise.
