Iran Unveils New Attack Drone

Iran unveiled on Thursday a new drone, dubbed the Epic, capable of carrying out both surveillance and attack missions, the Mehr news agency reported.
Defense Minister General Ahmad Vahidi was quoted as saying the Epic, which can fly at high altitudes, is a "stealth aircraft that cannot be detected by enemies."
On April 18, Iran made public three other models,
The Throne, also a stealth model, has a long range and is equipped with air-to-air missiles, said General Amir-Farzad Esmaili, commander of anti-aircraft operations.
Esmaili said Iran had already produced and used dozens of them.
The Hazem-3 (Solid) and Mohajer-B (Migrator) are "tactical and combat" models and also capable of reconnaissance, the general said.

maybe if they actually cared about their PEOPLE, people would sit up and take notice. all the so called religious leaders care about is resurrecting the persian empire, no matter the cost. and they used gullible idiotic people to make israel the enemy to garner support. it used to be that the us was the great satan--but israel seems to be much more emotional than the us so they are going with that.

Actually - nothing wrong in using plastic-based composite materials in the building of drones. They are lighter and have much lower radar signature.

But that does indeed look like a model. It is not aerodynamically sound for a small plane. It is made to look like the US stealth fighter. Drones should have wide wing spans.
