Military Tribunal Charges Asir's Bodyguard over Abra Clashes

Charges were pressed against the bodyguard of salafist cleric Sheikh Ahmed al-Asir over his links to the clashes that took place in Abra in the southern city of Sidon in June, reported LBCI television on Wednesday.
It said that State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged Ali Abdul Wahad and referred him to First Military Investigation Judge Riyad Abu Ghida.
Abdul Wahad, a 30-year-old Palestinian, was arrested at Rafik Hariri International Airport on July 25 as he was attempting to flee Beirut to Nigeria.
In initial investigations with him, he revealed information on several people wanted by the army, including Asir and singer turned Salafist Fadel Shaker.
Asir's supporters opened fire on an army checkpoint, last month, leaving around 18 soldiers and more than 20 gunmen dead.
The gunbattles concentrated in the area of Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque and nearby buildings in Abra.
Asir, a 45-year-old cleric who supports the overwhelmingly Sunni rebels fighting to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad, is no where to be found along with Shaker.
Asir teamed up with Shaker, a onetime prominent singer, when around two years ago he began agitating for Hizbullah to disarm.

benzona, wasn't there justice int he samaha case? was there justice in the sehnaoui case? (after he ordered his bodyguards to open fire in a nightclub). was there justice when alice shebtini ordered the release of charbel qazzi, knowing he endangered all lebanon by allowing israel to wiretap our phone networks and gain control over them? was there justice when the people involved in the arsal massacre of soldiers were released on 1,000,000Liras bails?
the list goes on but i think you got the picture, justice is not equally applied in this country, that is a fact, but it is not a "one-sided" thing, so stop acting like ibn(whatever) who only points it out when it suits him. here justice is following its proper course, no need to whine.

This not a country this a group of crazy people gathered together, multiple plus and minus for all. Since we borne there a similar war every five years in or arround. Behind the walls its designed by thesi controlling the world ( Mosonite Big Mahfal, and their Jews leaders) and by their local elements. They use SATAN Party or similars when they r unable to fight directly or to safe their own kids from being killed. We have to stand by each others to form a real nation infront & behind the flag of ISLAM where peace will be covering all religions, as well in ISLAM their is only one Unity ISLAM which treat all the same, and those not MUSLEM they r treated the same with Peace and Mercy.
May ALLAH save ISLAM from its enemies.
