U.S. TV Network Apologizes to Bachmann for Foul Song

NBC television has apologized to Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann after a band played "Lyin' Ass Bitch" during her appearance on a late-night talk show, her spokeswoman said.

The show's band played part of Fishbone's 1985 risque song as Bachmann walked on the set of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," which aired early Tuesday, prompting the Minnesota congresswoman to accuse the band of bias and sexism.

Disney films were available for rent on YouTube on Wednesday in the latest bid by the Google-owned website to transform into an online stage for the gamut of digital video content.

The first of hundreds of films from Disney studios including Pixar and DreamWorks joined the array of Hollywood titles that can be viewed as streaming rentals at youtube.com/movies.

Clooney has said he was approached by Berlusconi's team to testify about "bunga bunga" parties at Berlusconi's villas, but says he only visited the premier's residence once to seek aid for Darfur and declined an invitation to stay.

Russian Cinemas Shun Khodorkovsky Film

Only one cinema in Moscow has agreed to screen the Russian premiere next month of a documentary on the jailed Yukos boss and Kremlin critic Mikhail Khodorkovsky, distributors told Agence France Presse on Tuesday.

"Just one cinema in Moscow has agreed to release 'Khodorkovsky'. All the others have refused to sign a contract with us," said a spokeswoman for the Kinoclub distributors, Nadezhda Smirnova.
