Kanye West, Photographer, Settle Lawsuit over Airport Attack

Kanye West and a paparazzo he attacked have settled a lawsuit, at least in part with a handshake and an apology.

West was sued by Daniel Ramos after the 2013 attack outside a terminal at Los Angeles International Airport and the case was scheduled to go to trial next week. Ramos' attorney Gloria Allred wrote in a statement issued Tuesday that the case had been settled and West had apologized to her client.

'American Pie' Lyrics Sell for $1.2 Million in New York

The original manuscript of Don McLean's enigmatic hit song "American Pie" sold at auction in New York on Tuesday for $1.2 million, Christie's said.

The 18 pages of manuscript, written in 1970-71 in pencil, ink and typescript on 17 sheets, had been expected to fetch between $1 and $1.5 million at the auction house. Christie's said the buyer was anonymous.

'Star Wars' Movies to be Released Online

The six original "Star Wars" movies are being released online in digital form for the first time, the studios behind the iconic franchise has announced.

The films -- "Star Wars: a New Hope" (1977), "The Empire Strikes Back" (1980), "Return of the Jedi" (1983), "The Phantom Menace" (1999), "Attack of the Clones" (2002), and "Revenge of the Sith" (2005), will be available from April 10 on outlets like iTunes, Google Play and Amazon.

'Dancing With the Stars' to Hit the Road this Summer

"Dancing With the Stars" fans will have an opportunity to see some of the pros freestyle, jive and pasodoble as the show hits the road again this summer.

The long-running ABC competition show, which pairs celebrities with professional dancers, will tour in more than 40 cities starting June 13 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. "Dancing With the Stars: Live!" will run through Aug. 11, hosted by all-stars season champion Melissa Rycroft. Stops on the tour will include Toledo, Ohio; El Paso, Texas; and Las Vegas.

Italian Fashion Designer Francesco Smalto Dies at 87

Italian designer Francesco Smalto, who as one of the stars of the men's fashion industry clothed princes, heads of state and sporting icons, has died in Morocco aged 87.

The "creative visionary" provided men with "an allure and unique style" his fashion house said in a statement on Monday, adding that Smalto had died in the night from Saturday to Sunday in a Marrakech hotel.

Report: Blues Legend B.B. King Hospitalized

American blues legend B.B. King has been hospitalised, The Los Angeles Times reported Monday, citing representatives for the singer but giving no details about his condition.

Nicknamed "King of the Blues", 89-year-old Mississippi-born Riley B. King is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and has been ranked among the greatest guitar players of all time.
