Halle Berry Reaches Settlement on Child Support

A judge has approved a settlement between Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend over child support payments for their 6-year-old daughter.

The agreement approved by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon on May 30 calls for Berry to pay ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry $16,000 a month or nearly $200,000 a year to support their daughter. The Oscar-winning actress will also pay for their daughter's tuition, but the former couple will split health care expenses.

Police say they arrested a burglar at the Los Angeles home of Sandra Bullock while the actress was there, but she wasn't harmed.

Los Angeles police spokeswoman Nuria Vanegas says officers responded to the call of a prowler around 6:30 a.m. Sunday and arrested 39-year-old Joshua Corbett on suspicion of residential burglary.

U.S. actor and comedian Tracy Morgan was in critical condition Saturday after a fatal six-vehicle accident early in the morning in New Jersey, a state police official said.

The former "Saturday Night Live" and "30 Rock" star was flown to the hospital where he remains in intensive care after the limo bus he was traveling in overturned, killing one passenger inside, Sergeant Gregory Williams of New Jersey State Police told Agence France Presse.
