Prince William and his wife Catherine reacted with fury Friday after a French magazine printed topless photos of her, saying it evoked painful memories of press harassment of William's mother Diana.

The young British royals, who are currently in Malaysia, were consulting lawyers over what they called a "grotesque" breach of privacy by the French version of Closer magazine, palace officials said.

A Cairo appeals court on Wednesday overturned the conviction of one of the Arab world's most famous actors, Adel Imam, who had been sentenced to three months in jail for "defaming Islam."

The Egyptian actor, who is also a U.N. goodwill ambassador, was originally convicted in absentia in February, after being sued by Asran Mansur, a lawyer with Islamist ties.

Less than a year after going public, the digital production company founded by director James Cameron has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and agreed to sell the core of its business to a private investment firm for $15 million.

Digital Domain Media Group Inc., best known for its work on Cameron's "Titanic," has produced visual effects for more than 90 movies, including "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" and the "Transformers" series.
