down from "terrorism charges" "to conspiracy and consent to commit a crime, and belonging to an unnamed criminal organization"
unarmed criminal organization? sounds fishy, he was going to kill someone with hugs?
this and "investigators have found no evidence to suggest he had any accomplices"
means the unarmed organization is not even an "organization"...
let's sum it up, no weapons, no crime committed (only alleged "consent to...") no organization, what's left? the fact that he walked on two legs, just like the bulgaria bomber? oh and "mossad's claims"... basically boils down to that, mossad said arrest him, they arrested, and now realizing they've been played
bigsami chou ra2yak tfek 3anneh? you systematically talk to me after each and every one of my comment, when i made it clear so many times i'm not interested in your broken record of insults "farsi blabla BSthrower blablabla" dont you have anything to say? dont you have a life? you disagree with me, good for you, now sa77et w 7al 3anneh
start with saudi then, funny how the glorious fake democracy-defenders never condemn the most obscurantist and tyranical regime in the area. forked tongues and double standards, your hypocrisy is just too obvious
anonymetexas first i'm sure you realize how different these two situations are, beware of over-simplistic parallels. first i dont think anyone today can claim they were happy about the civil war (and it was a civil war because the fighters were locals, not foreign as you said). the way it ended was through compromise and negotiation, maybe the taef accord was not the ultimate best and everyone will always find something to complain, but all agreed it was better than continuing the destruction fo the country.
very simple question, why didnt the rebels accept to negotiate? why did they not stop when the regime announced a change of constitution, allowing opposition parties to run in elections? because they fear it would be rigged?
it would have been extremely easy to ask for international observers to monitor the elections, and in case there would be any issue, then restart the revolution, with legitimate claim that they tried.
what they want is violent takeover, and no most syrians do not support that. syrian news outlets have been censored everywhere, nilesat unilaterally banned al dounia TV, why? what are they so afraid of? al dounia had been systematically pointing out aljazeera rigged reports
also no, the foreign meddling was only acknowledged 6 months later, but very clear evidence had shown it before, like the truckloads of weapons which were intercepted in the very early days of the rebellion, by the lebanese army. and no, i never believed then, and today it's even clearer, that the initial killings were not done by the syrian forces but by mercenaries paid to shoot on one side, then the other, too build up tension.
israel still occupies Shebaa, this said "outskirts" of shebaa, and knoiwing that shebaa is at the intersection of syria lebanon and palestine, the men were probably caught on the northen edge of shebaa.
just a note though, hezbollah did not not disarm only because israel occupies lebanese soil, it has not and will not disarm as long as israel is a THREAT and there is no reliable defense strategy. or else israel could easily withdraw, hezbollah disarms, they wait a month, a year or wtv, and invade like they always tried and failed, but this time with nothing to stop them.
anonymetexas WOW really? that's why saudi rolled in with hundreds of tanks?
your "perfect scenario" has nothing to do with reality
