just wondering though, have they found al-Hassan's body yet? because according to Rifi they didnt find the body, just a phone, watch and "part of his handgun"...
i wonder what was in the coffin...
yes and this is why the US sells advanced weapons to syria but not to qatar and saudi!
and to protect even better israel, they abstained from arming HA!
wow syria is really a good ally for them!
we all want the truth phoenix, we just dont agree on who can make it surface. i believe israel and the us killed hariri, and the STL's behavior seem to confirm that the UN is covering up and using the assassination politically.
that's where the problem resides.
peace: and then he backed lahoud, so what's the point in killing him?
"teams from different countries"? as if that was a guarantee? as if they couldnt choose the people they want? as if the people working in STL werent made to sign very constraining confidentiality contracts? dozens of people resigned from the STL, but none ever publicly expressed why they did.
what about the false witnesses they never investigated? what about the elements that HA did provide by giving them to Lebanese jusdiciary (not directly to STL because they dont recognize it), and was never taken into consideration?
why did the STL NEVER look into the possibility of israeli involvement?
why did the STL stop all investigations around al-Hassan (who was missing that day and had an alibi that was proved to be non-credible? they justified it by saying they did not want to damage relations with the FSI... WTF?
what about the rules of procedure and evidence of the STL which allow to condemn someone on basis of secret evidence and secret witnesses (basically telling the accused we have proof that says you're guilty but we wont show it to you IS TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE)
etc etc etc
slash, regardless of which side is aimed at, i'll try to look for the truth, stop assuming i'm biased to disregard facts.
why would israel kill hariri? because hariri backed the resitance, because hariri was the best guarantee against sunni-shiaa fitna, because hariri despite his numerous flaws still was a centerpiece of national cohesion in lebanon, because this allowed to kick syria out, making lebanon ripe for the 2006 war.. etc etc
