poor guy doesnt know how to assess ideas, arguments and counter arguments so he uses his fingers and toes to count the number of accounts on each side and this is why he is terrified that we might create alternate accounts like he does, that would totally threaten his ideology.

no mo_ca what the regime said or didnt say is irrelevant.
the rebels have proven to use those methods with the numerous similar bombings they did before and for which they claimed responsibility.
the FSA stood behind al nusra and defended it, knowing fully well what their methods are.
for months and months now we observed the same tactic to destabilize the regime with blind killings in areas that support it.

good that we agree on most (i say "most" not "all" because i dont agree on calling anyone "---holes", especially not the ones you mentioned)
regarding treason i think you're caricaturing a bit too much, there are facts and evidence (such as finding israeli spying equipment, or israeli weapons in one's possession) and intercepted communications etc etc
based on all the evidence, yes i think there can be degrees of seriousness. collaborating to assassinate someone, or collaborating to terrorist attacks, or selling critical information, or opening the gate for israelis to infiltrate and control our telecoms, or serving them tea and coffee, or meeting them are not all the same!
for example imagine someone met with israelis and told them to go f themselves, would you consider him a traitor? (fyi in the sensu strictu senso law communicating with them is treason. and this is why i believe there should be some room for interpretation)
