what's negative is the falseness and hypocrisy of M14 leaders, they pretend to care about syrians? gosh, spare us that, none ever condemned the random "vengeance" attacks on innocent syrian workers in lebanon.
this is just political calculations, they are siding with muslim brotherhood because they hope to regain control of lebanon, a be a pawn like they were during the decades of syrian occupation in lebanon. "we had no choice!" they say, but now they are willingly plunging back into it, just hoping their master will have a new (mustache-less & bearded) face

luxembourg bob, what the general is outlining is the hypocrisy of the so-called syrian opposition. they brought chaos and destruction and death in syria with the excuse of bringing democracy, i would lol at that but it's too sad to be funny.
now about iran, please do you research before making such ridiculous comparisons. in iran the constitution recognizes and protects religious minorities, they have guaranteed seats in parliament and sharia law doesnt apply to non-muslims. (christians and jews for instance can produce, sell, buy and drink alcohol, as long as they don't offer it to muslims.)
