i'm not attacking naharnet, but we all know that naharnet is leaning more on one side than another. this is a fact, not an attack. most, no sorry, i meant ALL Lebanese news and medias belong to one side or another, there is no such thing as neutral. let's be honest with each other here, please.
having said that, i still regularly read news here, which means that fact i mentioned, i still think naharnet is worthy of being read, i'm not "against" it.
really? so what do you say about these huge crowds, a year into the rebellion, still supporting assad?
and dont give me the poor excuse that they are 'forced' to go down by assad, if they were really agaisnt him he wouldnt last a week. but they do, and the people's choice is not about a few commentators on internet, and it's definitely not for you to call them "traitors" because they support assad.

Bob, the "opposition" is a minority in syria, it made much more noise than its size would have suggested because they used violent means and foreign support to be heard. All the opposition is not the same, yes, but the main part of it is muslim brotherhood, so hiding behind small factions of the minority opposition who are less extremist is no excuse for ignoring that the main part of it is.
Plus, the latest huge demonstration of support to assad prove that he has the people on his side, and this should be enough for those who pretend to care about Syrian people to acknowledge them. The reason why they don’t is political, they made deals with the opposition hoping it would put them back in power in Lebanon.
Regarding Iran, no they do not "kill Muslims who convert". Wikipedia:
Death sentences in Iran are, in theory, legal for eight different crimes: armed robbery, treason, murder, drug trafficking, rape, pedophilia, sodomy, kidnapping, and terrorism. The overwhelming majority of executions in 2011 were for murder, large scale drug trafficking, and aggravated rape. A few were also carried out for treason/ terrorism.
Apostasy is not in the penal code a capital crime (or even any crime) in Iran, however, in some serious cases (or political related cases), since the judge is the one who interprets Sharia law, the apostate may still prosecuted for it anyway. [...] the last such execution was in 1990.
even your soldiers are civilians now? and stabbed in the chest and arms becomes stabbed in the back?
think of all the horrors you and your soldiers have done to innocent women children and men, and think why they have become so bitter against you.
