and besides, your account of the nahr el bared event is appalling. they came from camps near saida and went up to nahr el bared. they attacked the army after hariri cut their funding.
the weapons they had (night vision goggles for instance) were those that were sent to lebanon supposedly to the army, by the US but the army officials never got them they were hijacked by hariri and given to his peeps.
on top of that, they are ostensibly salafis, the very same that are now hell-bent on destroying assad. you still want to believe that a few years ago they are ready to die for him? get real slash.
