the problem with the camera is that it was not CCTV (CC stands for closed-circuit), it was a system that very weirdly was meant to transmit their images up to a satellite and back down to an observation station on the ground. first i dont know about "hizbushaitan" but if you want to know about hezabollah, they are believers but first and foremost they are a resistance organization, they never killed anyone out of religion, even among israelis they'd target soldiers, and very rarely civilians.
