thepatriot, i could spend the day listing all the sabotaging of all attempts to debate and dialogue by the m14 side. From sneakily supporting israel against Hezbollah during the 2006 war, to all the wikileaks showing outright collaboration with the enemy, to unilaterally declaring war on Hezbollah in may 2008, to rejecting the debate over false witnesses... I could, but I won’t for two reasons:
1. Whenever we have such debates, whether with you or with your 'pals', right after I waste my time putting together facts you just answer with insults or disappear from the conversation
2. Your above comment is off-topic anyway. The attitude of m14 here and now, as reported in the above article, is clearly a display of bad will. Those who refuse to dialogue unless they have 'guarantees of satisfaction' are not discussing, they are just demanding that their requests be met w/o any justification, debate or negotiation. And your 'counterattack' against Hezbollah will not change that fact
oops no actually i take it back (i knew it sounded to weird to agree with something shab said...)
after reading the article more carefully, and in particular the part where they say there is no evidence of their involvement in nahr el bared's fighting, than, although i despise the fath el islam, these people cannot be kept in prison without charges.

lol bigdig & yea the "unknown sources" know so much about everything that it would be a shame to not use them.
PS: too bad whoever did it missed the consul...
Any of you who support the STL: how would you feel if you were imprisoned for 4 years, without charges being pressed against you, only on basis of false testimonies, and that ABOVE all that, you be refused the right to have access to the said testimony??
Come on, this is just too obvious to anyone who doesn't refuse to see. They just use dodgy testimonials and evidence to lock up anyone they want and then they simply refuse to explain or at least show the evidence on which they based their verdicts.
Lol nice illustration of neo-vischism above (except abou.ali who is a neo-nazi aka zionist scumbag).
when israel bombs lebanon and you blame hezbollah, it's like blaming the policeman when the hostage taker shoots the hostages.
israel, and only it, is responsible for the killings and destruction that israeli-fired missles and bombs caused.
dan halutz, their criminal in chief at the time, said right after the war that they willingly targeted civilians in order to "force other lebanese to take action against hezbollah"
congratulations, you have submitted to blackmail, a slap on the face and you're now obedient submissive israeli tools.
slash: if you smell khara, it maybe from licking too many israeli asses
Oh how nice, can we send them flowers for such a nice move? How many years has it been since they're diluting it into bureaucratic procedures? They refused his request the first time, now they "allow" him to appeal, yay, gone for another years until they turn it down again.
Mark my words, and I'm willing to take bets on that one, they will never give him access to the so-called "evidence" they put him to prison for.
And just as a matter of fact, usually, in any respectable legal system, people get to hear the testimonies and see any evidence BEFORE being put to jail for 4 years.
Honestly, if that's the kind of justice you would want for yourself? "You're guilty, i sentence you to, uum say four years, come back after that so we can discuss the basis of the verdict"... sweet, for that we didnt need the international instances, we could have held the court in saudi
patriot> duh. it was a metaphor, just as the hostage-taker is not usually a government, but in this case it is the role played by israel.
you also make a very selective representation of Hezbollah's position on the matter. They also said that the war had been decided by israel and approved by the US one year earlier and that it was inevitable.
Just before you start calling that propaganda, note that this was officially confirmed by olmert right after the war.
