اتفاق على "خطة عمل" بين طهران والدول الكبرى حول البرنامج النووي الايراني

تلت وزيرة خارجية الاتحاد الاوروبي كاثرين اشتون محاطة بجميع الوزراء الذين شاركوا في المفاوضات بشأن البرنامج النووي الايراني، في مقر الامم المتحدة في جنيف اعلانا مشتركا يشمل "اتفاقا على خطة عمل".
وقالت اشتون "توصلنا الى اتفاق على خطة عمل"، والى جانبها وزير الخارجية الايراني محمد جواد ظريف. وبعدها تصافح وزراء خارجية دول مجموعة 5+1 (الولايات المتحدة، الصين، روسيا، بريطانيا، فرنسا والمانيا) مع ظريف للتهنئة بالاتفاق.
وفي اشارة الى مضمون الاتفاق الذي لم تشأ الخوض في تفاصيله، اعتبرت اشتون "انه من السؤ دوما اخذ مسألة ومحاولة تحديد موقع لها بطريقة ما".
وقالت لوكالة فرانس برس "سعينا الى الرد على مخاوف المجتمع الدولي والتحرك بشكل يحترم الحكومة والشعب الايرانيين".
من جانبه، اعتبر وزير الخارجية الايراني محمد جواد ظريف ان الاتفاق الذي تم التوصل اليه في جنيف الاحد "نتيجة مهمة لكنه ليس الا خطوة اولى".
وقال في مؤتمر صحافي "لقد انشأنا لجنة مشتركة لمراقبة تطبيق اتفاقنا. آمل في ان يتمكن الطرفان من التقدم بطريقة تسمح باعادة الثقة".
واضاف ظريف امام الصحافيين بعد مفاوضات ماراتونية ان الاتفاق يتضمن "اشارة واضحة مفادها ان التخصيب سيستمر" في ايران، وهي مسألة لطالما اعتبرت حجر العثرة الرئيسي في المفاوضات.
وأردف الوزير الايراني الذي استقبل لدى دخوله الى قاعة الصحافة بالتصفيق من قبل العديد من الصحافيين الايرانيين الذين جاءوا الى جنيف لتغطية هذه المفاوضات، "نعتبر ان ذلك من حقنا".
وتابع "ان هدفنا كان حل هذه المسألة النووية" لانها كانت "مشكلة نحن بغنى عنها".
وقال ظريف ايضا انه يأمل في عودة "ثقة الشعب الايراني تجاه الدول الغربية" على اثر هذا الاتفاق.
واكد "ان الحق بامتلاك التكنولوجيا النووية حق غير قابل للتصرف" مضيفا "ان المعركة التي نخوضها منذ سنوات عدة الهدف منها ان يعترف المجتمع الدولي" بممارسة ايران هذا الحق.
وخلص الى القول "نعتقد ان هذا الاتفاق وخطة العمل" يعني "ان البرنامج النووي الايراني سيستمر".
واجرت دول مجموعة 5+1 (الولايات المتحدة، بريطانيا، فرنسا، روسيا، الصين والمانيا) منذ الاربعاء مفاوضات في جنيف بغية التوصل الى اتفاق مرحلي لستة اشهر يلحظ ضمانات بشأن الطابع السلمي للبرنامج النووي الايراني مقابل تخفيف "محدود" للعقوبات التي يرزح تحت وطأتها الاقتصاد الايراني.

With any luck Israel will be forced into a deal on Palestine that represents Palestinians interests. This will probably happen through UN sanctions and ICC court liability judgments.
When and if Israel signs this deal then there can be a deal between Israel and Lebanon and Hezbollah for HA to disarm. Until there is justice for Palestine and a security guarantee for Lebanon HA will be armed.

Finally some sanity in world affairs ... without an agreement and with more sanctions piled on, with a military strike there would have been a regional if not world war.
With a regional or world war oil would have hit $150-200 a barrel sinking the world economy leaving the most vulnerable to die from malnutrition, illness, exposure or related violence.
