the surge in unrest is due to the lawless areas that terrorists created in syria and specifically the ones on the border with iraq. it gave them a place to prepare car bombs and plan attacks.
ever more thankful that hezbollah didnt let that happen on our borders.

Mowaten have you ever considered immigrating to Iran?

Speaking of the US, as FT so appropriately brings it up, they have a new narcotic called bath salts which has caused psychosis - FT maybe you should stop taking this. I swear, you may as well go write in a washroom stall...I ll let you figure out why you collaborator.

not safer for sunnis...

thankful? hizballa is the bomb magnet. no hizballa, no bombs. of course, they r the ones setting most of them.... but sometimes some of their victims want to avenge the death of their loved ones.

Nice democracy. Funny that I've seen you post about other supposed democracies in a critical way but when it comes to the famous state of Muqtada Al Sadr you glorify...similar to how you and the FPM puppets do with Hassan Nasrallah. THAT'S IT - FT is now officially know as the BUTLER of the two terrorists.

Missing canadianadam 03:39 ,2013 كانون الأول 14

Again a prime example of FT trying to act witty still sitting on the fence.

the rethoric of al qaeda in iraq is the same as in syria: they commit terrorist attacks and when the army/anti-terrorist units hit them they start crying that sunnis are oppressed and try to get support from the sunni community, which they originally dont have. their main purpose is to create sectarian war because they count on the numbers to be in their favor (number of sunni v/s shia)

Thumb _mowaten_ 16:52 ,2013 كانون الأول 14

look at the timeline, since 2003, systematic bombings of shia areas & shia mosques for years. this pushed the government in iraq to take action against those groups and make it look like they are after sunnis, when in reality they are against terrorist cells, regardless of sect.

Thumb _mowaten_ 16:55 ,2013 كانون الأول 14

yea i heard that a lot, among propagandists like you. but never saw any proof that assad was involved. what we see today proves however that the border between syria and iraq is uncontrolled/uncontrollable, and therefore it's possible that jihadis used it on their way to iraq.
what is also proven today, is the viceral hatred of shia/alawites that those jihadis have, and i doubt they had any kind of agreement with assad to go in iraq kill shias. that would be completely crazy.
so you see, it's easy to make up all sorts of nonsense, but just a little scratching under the surface and it falls apart.

The Saudis backing these terrorists & their regional allies need to be held accountable.

why do they hire foreigner in iraq? don't they have families with unemployed kids? it's their moqtada cancer of iraq.... he needs to disappear.

Thumb cedre 01:16 ,2013 كانون الأول 14

u're jocking but it's exactly what happened under the pretext of debaathification. USA and Iran got rid of Sunnis in army, administration, ect...
Plus they used terrorism to cleanse Baghdad from its sunnis.

Most likely it is you neandrathal. What's your point?

There's a difference between seeing something as predictable versus being justifiable.

It's predictable that Shia state sponsored death squads will lead to radicalism... Read a book.

Missing canadianadam 03:28 ,2013 كانون الأول 14

I am not sure I would agree if it's fair, but you re right in that it's likely to happen.

Missing canadianadam 03:29 ,2013 كانون الأول 14

And it's definitely not fair - the killing of Sunnis is in the hundreds of thousands and it's state sponsored.
