قوات النظام وحزب الله تبدأ هجوما على رنكوس في منطقة القلمون شمال دمشق

تقصف قوات النظام السوري بكثافة بلدة رنكوس في منطقة القلمون شمال دمشق تمهيدا لاقتحامها، بحسب ما ذكر المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان اليوم الثلاثاء، مشيرا الى تقدم لهذه القوات في محيطها.
وذكر تلفزيون "المنار" من جهته، ان الجيش السوري "بدأ عملية عسكرية" في رنكوس.
وقال مدير المرصد السوري رامي عبد الرحمن في اتصال هاتفي مع وكالة "فرانس برس": "تتعرض بلدة رنكوس في منطقة القلمون لقصف مكثف وغارات جوية متتالية منذ امس الاثنين، تمهيدا لاقتحامها".
واشار الى ان حزب الله "يقود العمليات العسكرية من جانب قوات النظام في منطقة القلمون" التي سجل النظام خلالها على مدى الاشهر الماضية نقاطا عدة بسيطرته على معظم البلدات والقرى التي كانت تضم معاقل بارزة لمقاتلي المعارضة.
واضاف عبد الرحمن ان حزب الله "مدعوم من مسلحين موالين للنظام سوريين وغير سوريين ومن سلاح المشاة السوري ومدفعية الجيش السوري".
وقال ان هذه القوات تمكنت من التقدم نحو اطراف البلدة.
واكد مصدر عسكري في دمشق من جهته ردا على سؤال لـ"فرانس برس"، أن الجيش "تقدم الى تلة الرادار والى تلال اخرى تطل على رنكوس، وهو يطوق البلدة".
وتحدث المرصد عن اشتباكات عنيفة في المنطقة وفي محيط مرصد صيدنايا المجاور الذي تسيطر عليه كتائب مقاتلة معارضة.
وكانت القوات النظامية سيطرت في منتصف آذار على بلدة يبرود، آخر اكبر معاقل مجموعات المعارضة المسلحة في القلمون. ولا يزال مقاتلو المعارضة يتواجدون في بعض المناطق الجبلية المحاذية للحدود اللبنانية في القلمون، والى الجنوب في رنكوس وبعض القرى الصغيرة المحيطة: تلفيتا وحوش عرب وعسال الورد ومعلولا.
وتعتبر منطقة القلمون استراتيجية كونها تربط بين العاصمة ومحافظة حمص في وسط البلاد. كما أن سيطرة القوات النظامية عليها من شأنها اعاقة تنقلات مقاتلي المعارضة بينها وبين الاراضي اللبنانية.

I am for HA involvement in Syria and I agree with Nasrullah they should have gotten involved much earlier. I just hope they never leave, and never come back.... at least alive.

Cynical since the primary reason why Syrian rebellion started in the first place is robbed by foreign interests, and the people are still being neglected by the government. When the drought was as obvious as the fields were already dead even before the rebellion, the Syrian government took no self initiative for a road map to strengthen their economy and feed her people except having already been ousted from Lebanon after some 30 years of robbing the country. This is nothing but taking advantage of natural disasters (here, drought) and turn the same to ones geopolitical gains with those who are playing in the same sand box. Assad has succeeded of causing the migration of over a million Syrians that he has no intention of caring for. Ironically, these grieving Syrians were happy so long as they were robbing Lebanon. Once Lebanon was over, these animals turned against their government rightfully so. I say let them kill each other and leave Lebanon alone.
