الافراج عن "مختلّ" تابع للاستخبارات السورية في "قضية الراعي"

أفرجت السلطات اللبنانية، عن سوري ادعى انه يعمل للاستخبارات السورية، التي تحضّر عملاً أمنياً في لبنان بعدما تبيّن انه "مختلّ عقليا".
واوضحت المديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي في بيان صادر عنها الخميس، انه "بعد التحقيق مع المواطن السوري ج.س ، تبين انه لا يتمتع بكامل قواه العقلية وغير متوازن".
وقال البيان ان "بتاريخ 16/5/2014 أوقف مخفر درك بكفيا في بلدة حملايا: ج.س (مواليد 1990) سوري الجنسية، على أثر ورود معلومات عن قيامه بتصوير بعض الأماكن والشوارع المؤدية الى بلدة حملايا وفي داخلها".
وأشار الى ان "المخفر أجرى تحقيقا، ثم احال الموقوف بنتيجته بناء على إشارة القضاء المختص الى شعبة المعلومات للتوسع في التحقيق معه".
وبالتحقيق معه من شعبة المعلومات، تبين ان ج.س لا يتمتع بكامل قواه العقلية وغير متوازن، كما تحدث بحسب البيان عن "معطيات لا يمكن الركون اليها ولا اساس لها من الصحة".
وأضاف: "بالتحقيق مع والده م .س (مواليد 1965) أكد ان كل ما نسب اليهما عار من الصحة، وان ابنه يعاني مشاكل نفسية ويتلقى علاجا، وهو ويتناول ادوية اعصاب تجعله يقوم بتخيلات وهلوسات".
وبنتيجة الكشف على هاتف (ج) الخليوي لم يتبين ما يثير الشبهات، وبنتيجة استقصاءات وتحريات تبين بحسب قوى الامن " انه ووالده لا يرتبطان بأي جهاز استخباراتي، وهما ليسا من اصحاب السوابق، و "تركا لقاء سندي اقامة بناء على إشارة القضاء".
وكانت صحيفة "الاخبار" كشفت الخميس، ان السوري جيكار، أوقف في 16 ايار الجاري في منطقة حملايا بعد ضبطه وهو يقوم بتصوير بعض الأماكن بواسطة هاتفه الخلوي بالتزامن مع زيارة قام بها البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي الى المنطقة.
وفي التفاصيل، فإن التحقيقات معه في فرع المعلومات، أفضت الى اعتراف السوري بأنه على مدى أربعة أيام كان يقوم بمفرده بتصوير بعض المواقع والطرقات المؤدية إلى بلدة حملايا والشوارع داخل البلدة.
وكشف، وفق الصحيفة، أنه يعمل للاستخبارات السورية ويرسل الصور إلى والده المقيم في منطقة البقاع كل يومين عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي. ولفت الى ان مهمته كانت تقتضي التصوير وإجراء الاستقصاءات عن الأماكن التي سيزورها الراعي بغية إرسال هذه المعلومات إلى الاستخبارات السورية.
وأوضح ان "جهاز الاستخبارات جنّده منذ نحو سنة ونصف سنة لقاء أجر قدره 500 ألف ليرة لبنانية شهرياً".
وتابعت "الاخبار" بالقول ان الموقوف ادعى أن الاستخبارات السورية "تريد المعلومات لأنّها بصدد الإعداد لعمل أمني تزامناً مع زيارة البطريرك لحملايا".
ووفق معلومات الصحيفة فإن الموقوف و"أثناء إعادة استجوابه أمام عناصر الفرع رسم عدة سيناريوات متخيّلة، وتحدّث عن معطيات لا يمكن الركون إليها، وثبت عدم وجود أي أساس لها من الصحة".
ونقلت عن مسؤول في المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي تأكيده أن فرع المعلومات ترك الموقوف، مشدداً على أن "هذه القضية لا تستحق التوقف عندها. الأمر يقتصر على شاب مختل عقلياً اخترع قصة لا أساس لها".
