مجلس الامن يتبنى "قرارا ملزما" لوقف تدفق المقاتلين الاسلاميين

تبنت جلسة استثنائية لمجلس الامن الدولي تراسها باراك اوباما الاربعاء قرارا ملزما لوقف تدفق المقاتلين الاسلاميين المتطرفين الاجانب الى سوريا والعراق واحتواء الخطر الذي يشكلونه على بلدانهم الاصلية.
ويفرض القرار الملزم الذي تم تبنيه بالاجماع على الدول منع مواطنيها من الانخراط في تنظيمات متطرفة مثل "الدولة الاسلامية" تحت طائلة فرض عقوبات.
وتراس الرئيس الاميركي هذا الاجتماع النادر الحدوث وحضره العديد من رؤساء الدول والحكومات بينهم الرئيس الفرنسي فرنسوا هولاند.
