39 قتيلا بينهم 30 طفلا في تفجيري حمص

ارتفعت حصيلة ضحايا التفجيرين اللذين حصلا الاربعاء بالقرب من مجمع مدرسي في حمص وسط سوريا الى 39 قتيلا بينهم 30 طفلا، حسب ما ذكر المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان.
وقال مدير المرصد رامي عبد الرحمن لوكالة فرانس برس "ارتفعت حصيلة قتلى تفجيري حمص الى 39 قتيلا بينهم 30 طفلا".
وكان محافظ حمص طلال البرازي افاد وكالة فرانس برس عن "ارتفاع حصيلة التفجيرين الذي نجم احدهما عن تفجير انتحاري واخر عن عبوة ناسفة الى 31 قتيلا اغلبهم من الاطفال (...) وجرح 74 آخرون". واوضح ان الاطفال تتراوح اعمارهم بين 6 و9 سنوات.
واشار المحافظ الى تلقي المستشفيات "اكياس تحوي اشلاء جثث تعود احداها للانتحاري".
واوضح المحافظ ان "نتائج التحقيقات بينت ان ارهابيا زرع عبوة ناسفة امام سور مدرسة عكرمة المخزومي وتوجه بعد انفجارها الى بوابة مدرسة عكرمة الجديدة المجاورة حيث قام بتفجير نفسه لدى انصراف التلاميذ".
واشار المحافظ الى ان العبوة تم زرعها تحت سيارة تحوي اسطوانات غاز "ما دعانا للاعتقاد في بادئ الامر ان التفجير سببه سيارة مفخخة".
وكانت وكالة الانباء الرسمية نقلت عن مصدر في محافظة حمص ان "ارهابيين فجروا سيارة مفخخة أمام مدرسة عكرمة الجديدة وبعدها بدقائق فجر ارهابي انتحاري نفسه أمام مدرسة عكرمة المخزومي لايقاع اكبر عدد من الاصابات بين صفوف المواطنين".
واورد المرصد وقوع "انفجارين شديدين في حي عكرمة الجديدة الذي يقطنه مواطنون من الطائفة العلوية، تبين ان احدهما ناجم عن سيارة مفخخة انفجرت بالقرب من مدرسة عكرمة المخزومي الابتدائية".
واعتبر المحافظ ان "استهداف مدينة حمص التي عاد اليها الامن والاستقرار بهذا العمل يهدف الى بث الرعب في قلوب المواطنين الذين باشروا بممارسة حياتهم الطبيعية، وايقاف عجلة الاقتصاد التي عادت للدوران".
وتسيطر القوات النظامية السورية منذ بداية ايار على مجمل مدينة حمص بعد انسحاب حوالى الفي عنصر من مقاتلي المعارضة من احياء حمص القديمة بموجب تسوية بين ممثلين عنهم والسلطات اثر عامين من حصار خانق فرضته قوات النظام على هذه الاحياء.
وتم استهداف حي عكرمة وعدة واحياء اخرى قريبة من النظام في حمص خلال الاشهر الاخيرة بتفجيرات.
وقتل سبعة اشخاص على الاقل في تفجير سيارة مفخخة في شهر تموز في حمص كما قتل سبعة اخرون في 12 حزيران واصيب العشرات في انفجار سيارة مفخخة في وادي الدهب في وسط حمص.
كما قتل 12 شخصا على الاقل في 25 ايار، في تفجيرين بسيارتين مفخختين استهدفا حي الزهراء في المدينة، بعد ايام من مقتل مئة شخص في تفجيرين آخرين في الحي نفسه. وتبنت جبهة النصرة (تنظيم القاعدة) هذه التفجيرات.

Wishful thinking, Assad got the upper hand. In regards to barrel bombing, tell FSA and Nusra to stop hiding among the population, there is a war going on. Most of the residents were warn with leaflets before barrel bombings commences.
