اصدار مذكرة القاء قبض بحق "ابو طاقية" لانتمائه الى جبهة النصرة

اصدر قاضي التحقيق العسكري فادي صوان مذكرة القاء قبض بحق الفار من وجه العدالة الشيخ مصطفى الحجيري بجرم الانتماء الى التنظيم الارهابي "جبهة النصرة".
وكان صوان قد اصدر الثلاثاء، قراراً اتهامياً في حق الفار من وجه العدالة الشيخ مصطفى حسين الحجيري المعروف بـ"أبو طاقية" بجرم الانتماء الى التنظيم الارهابي المسلح "جبهة النصرة" بهدف القيام بأعمال ارهابية.
من ثم أصدر صوان مذكرة القاء قبض في حقه، واحاله امام المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة للمحاكمة.
يُذكر ان معلومات صحافية، أفادت في آذار الفائت ان الحجيري غادر بلدة عرسال البقاعية الحدودية مع سوريا متوجهاً الى جهة مجهولة.
والجمعة أعلن الحجيري انسحابه من قضية العسكريين المخطوفين لدى المجموعات الجهادية بسبب تعرضه لـ"الإغتيال" "من قبل الجيش" في المصيدة بدون أن يسمع إدانة من أحد.
وخلال معركة عرسال بين الجيش اللبناني وجماعة "داعش" وتنظيم "جبهة النصرة" الارهابيين مطلع آب الفائت، أسر عناصر من الجيش ومن قوى الامن الداخلي، أفرج عن عدد منهم في وقت لاحق.
وقام داعش بقطع رأس اثنين من الجيش، في حين قامت النصرة بقتل عنصر بالرصاص، وسط مناشدات ومطالبات العسكريين لأهاليهم بالتحرك للافراج عنهم، في حين ان المعلومات الصحافية تفيد بمطالبة الخاطفين بالافراج عن سجناء في رومية لإطلاق سراح العسكريين.
من جانبه، ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على 4 اشخاص بينهم موقوفان هما احمد جنيات وعبد الرزاق خضر في جرم الانتماء الى تنظيم ارهابي مسلح جبهة النصرة، بهدف القيام باعمال ارهابية.
واحال المدعى عليهم الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.

We need to go house to house to get our soldiers by any means. Our soldiers and police need to be a red line. I understand that HA has too much clout. It's like negotiating with someone with a rifle sitting in their lap saying "I have no weapons pointed at you, if have one in my lap, it's not for you, but let's have an open dialog." I get it. I believe that they need to be reeled in a bit under our government. I would have preferred to see them on the Syrian border vs in Syria. However, it's silly to think that they are the same level as nusra/Isis. Anyone seen the YouTube on Ras Baalbek? There are villagers armed on patrol looking for ISIS because of their proximity to qalamoun... Do we have this fear of HA coming to Christian villages to burn our churches and kidnap our priests? HA may be a problem and be more of a Shia advocacy group than Lebanese Nationalists but nothing close to Isis/nusra.
