28 قتيلا و235 جريحا في انفجارين بحلب...النظام يتهم "دولاً عربية وغربية" والجيش الحر يحمله المسؤولية

قتل 28 شخصا على الاقل واصيب 235 آخرون بجروح في انفجارين قويين بسيارتين مفخختين وقعا صباح الجمعة في حلب شمال سوريا.
ذكر التلفزيون الرسمي السوري ان "عدد شهداء تفجيري حلب الارهابيين ارتفع الى 28 والجرحى الى 235 من مدنيين وعسكريين واطفال، بالاضافة الى اربعة اظرفة طبية لاشلاء شهداء".
وتحدث المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان الذي يتخذ من لندن مقرا عن سقوط ثلاثين قتيلا على الاقل.
اتهمت سوريا اطرافا "مدعومة من دول عربية وغربية" بتنفيذ التفجيرين اللذين استهدفا صباح الجمعة مقرا للامن العسكري ومقرا لقوات حفظ النظام في حلب في شمال سوريا، ما اسفر عن مقتل 28 شخصا وجرح 235 اخرين، بحسب حصيلة رسمية.
وجاء الاتهام في رسالة وجهتها وزارة الخارجية السورية الى الامين العام للامم المتحدة ورئيس مجلس الامن والامين العام لمنظمة التعاون الاسلامي والامين العام لجامعة الدول العربية ومجلس حقوق الانسان في جنيف حول هذين التفجيرين، بحسب وكالة الانباء الرسمية (سانا).
وذكرت الرسالة التي اوردت الوكالة نصها "ان هذه الجريمة اقترفتها فئات تتلقى دعما من بعض الدول العربية والغربية (...) امعانا بإلحاق الضرر بأمن سوريا وسلامة مواطنيها".
واشارت الرسالة الى ان "بعض دول المنطقة تقوم بتجييش إقليمي ودولي ضد سوريا تحت ذرائع انسانية في وقت تستضيف جماعات ارهابية مسلحة اتخذت من القتل وسيلة لها للوصول الى أهدافها التدميرية".
واكدت الخارجية "ان هذا العمل الإرهابي المشين يأتي في إطار الحملة الظالمة التي تتعرض لها سوريا والتي تدعمها وتمولها بعض دول المنطقة وتحرض عليها وسائل إعلامية معروفة يثبت دعمها للمجموعات الإرهابية والمسلحين".
وطالبت الرسالة مجلس الأمن "بتحمل مسؤولياته في مكافحة الارهاب وتنفيذ قراراته في هذا المجال".
كما طلبت "ممن يستضيف ويدعم ويمول ويسلح هذه المجموعات الارهابية تسليمها هؤلاء المجرمين والارهابيين بموجب القانون الدولي والقرارات المتعلقة بمكافحة الارهاب"، مؤكدة حق سوريا "في حماية مواطنيها ومحاربة الارهاب والعنف ووضع نهاية لهما".
واستهدف الانفجار الاول، الذي نجم عن انفجار "سيارة مفخخة"، فرع الامن العسكري في منطقة حلب الجديدة.
فيما وقع الانفجار الثاني الناجم عن "عملية انتحارية بسيارة مليئة بالمتفجرات" في حي العرقوب، مقر كتيبة قوات حفظ النظام في حلب، حسب ما ذكر التلفزيون السوري.
كما اشار التلفزيون الى ان الانفجار الثاني تسبب ايضا بتدمير مبنى كامل هو كناية عن "مؤسسة استهلاكية مخصصة لبيع السلع الغذائية".
وبث التلفزيون مشاهد مصورة في منطقة حلب الجديدة حيث مركز الامن تظهر فيها اثار دمار هائل وجثامين يتعذر التعرف عليها بسبب شدة التشويه الذي اصابها، وقد تمت تغطية بعضها بالاقمشة واخرى باكياس النايلون.
كما عرض صورا لاشلاء متفحمة، قال المراسل انها لاطفال مجهولي الهوية. وشوهدت في الصور آثار تحطم زجاج واشلاء بشرية ودماء في كل مكان.
ونقل التلفزيون مشهدا مشابها من الشارع الذي يقع فيه مقر الامن العسكري.
وحمل الجيش السوري الحر ومعارضون النظام السوري المسؤولية عن الانفجارين.
وقال المتحدث باسم الجيش الحر الرائد ماهر النعيمي في اتصال مع وكالة فرانس برس "النظام القاتل يقتل اطفالنا في حمص، ويفجر في حلب لتحويل الانظار عما يرتكبه".
وحمل "النظام الفاشي والنازي وداعميه الروس والايرانيين" مسؤولية "اعمال النظام كافة".
واتهمت الهيئة العامة للثورة السورية النظام السوري "بافتعال التفجيرات في حلب وفي يوم الجمعة تحديدا على غرار تفجيرات الميدان في دمشق" التي وقعت في السادس من كانون الثاني 2012.
واوقع انفجار حي الميدان 26 قتيلا. وسبقه في 23 كانون الاول انفجاران استهدفا مقرين امنيين في العاصمة واسفرا عن وقوع 44 قتيلا.
