الامم المتحدة: هناك "شبهات قوية" في تورط عناصر من الشبيحة في مجزرة الحولة

أكد مسؤول كبير في الامم المتحدة الثلاثاء ان هناك "شبهات قوية" حول تورط قوات الشبيحة في مجزرة الحولة في وسط سوريا.
وقال مساعد الامين العام للامم المتحدة المكلف عمليات حفظ السلام ايرفيه لادسو ان "قسما" من الضحايا ال108 في مجزرة الحولة قتلوا بشظايا قذائف و"لانهم قتلوا باسلحة ثقيلة فان الحكومة (السورية) مسؤولة بلا شك عنها".
واضاف خلال مؤتمر صحافي "وحدها الحكومة السورية تستخدم الدبابات والمدافع والقذائف".
وتابع ان هناك ضحايا قتلوا بالسلاح الابيض وهذا ما يوجه اصابع الاتهام الى الشبيحة. واوضح ان "هناك شبهات قوية تفيد بان عناصر من الشبيحة متورطون في هذه المجزرة في الحولة وشائعات بانهم ضالعون في اعمال عنف اخرى" في سوريا.
وخلص الى القول "لا ارى اي سبب يدفع الى الاعتقاد بان طرفا ثالثا ضالع" في المجزرة.
واوضح ان مراقبي الامم المتحدة على الارض يجرون "تحقيقا رسميا" لانهم لا يملكون اخصائيين في الطب الشرعي.
وبحسب الامم المتحدة اوقعت مجزرة الحولة ما لا يقل عن 108 قتلى بينهم 49 طفلا و34 امرأة. واعتبرت المفوضية العليا لحقوق الانسان في الامم المتحدة ان حوالى 20 من هؤلاء قضوا في قصف مدفعي وبالدبابات في حين اعدم الاخرون.
ودان مجلس الامن الدولي الاحد الحكومة السورية على مجزرة الحولة. ونفت دمشق اي تورط لها في هذه المجزرة.
وردا على سؤال حول فكرة زيادة عدد المراقبين -- الذين وصل عددهم الى 300 -- قال لادسو انها بحثت من قبل بعض الدول اعضاء المجلس.
لكنه اعتبر انه يجب "توخي الحذر" لان ذلك سيزيد المخاطر اذ غالبا ما يتعرض المراقبون لهجمات عندما يسيرون في آلياتهم المدرعة.
واكد مجددا بان وجود مراقبين عسكريين غير مسلحين في بعثة الامم المتحدة للمراقبة في سوريا "ينقذ ارواحا" من خلال المساهمة في "خفض مستوى العنف" في هذا البلد وانه "ليس هناك اي حل اخر" سوى تطبيق خطة كوفي انان بشكل صارم. واضاف "مرة اخرى ليس هناك من خطة بديلة".
وانان وسيط الامم المتحدة والجامعة العربية في سوريا، موجود حاليا في دمشق حيث التقى بشار الاسد. وخلال مؤتمر صحافي دعا انان الرئيس السوري الى "التحرك فورا" لوضع حد لاعمال العنف.
ويتوقع ان يبحث احد معاوني انان الفرنسي جان ماري غيهينو مع مجلس الامن الاربعاء الوضع في سوريا خلال مؤتمر عبر دائرة الفيديو المغلقة من جنيف.

I am not protecting the regime, but let's think a little bit about this:
There is something that does not fit: Syria's government is under enormous pressure, then they decide "well let's kill some children by knifes, and give all the people that are putting pressure on us the legitimacy", this just doesn't make sense. I would understand that the artillery-caused deaths are the responsibilty of the army but the slaying and slaughtering??!! This is a mark of extremists, who often use these techniques. That is the only way they could push the western countries to send their troops in. Whenever a western average person sees dead children on TV, he forgets his rational and logical thinking, follows his feelings and puts pressure on the government to act. It is just my opinion, and I hope the reaction will be rational and not religious, stupid and emotional.

Rabih, I see what you're saying, and it is a valid assumption. But dont forget assad hasnt shown himself to be rational in any way. if he was he would have told himself "F&@# this sh*t, I'll take my money and go somewhere nice and quiet" like the tunisian president did. he's living his happy ever after now.
the reason for this could be trying to pull off a horrendous massacre and blame the rebels. I dont rule out that it could have been the rebels who did it to get international attention and blame assad. but if past behavior is any good indication, assad and his regime are probably behind it. dont forget, this regime's cruelty didnt start in march 2011. it has always been known for it savagery and inhumanity

people who escaped the massacre said that they descended from tanks to enter the houses...assad like all dicators seeing he is going to fall soon, resort to desperate actions to spread fear among people and apply scorched earth policy... he doesn t hesitate to torture people like in the middle ages and you say that only extremists could do that massacre? isn t he an extremist?
