المحكمة العليا في مصر تقر بأحقية شفيق بخوض الإنتخابات وتأمر بحل مجلس الشعب المصري..ومرسي "يحترم"

امرت المحكمة الدستورية الخميس بحل مجلس الشعب بكامله مؤكدة انه "غير قائم بقوة القانون" بعد الحكم بعدم دستورية قانون الانتخابات.
وقالت وكالة انباء الشرق الاوسط المصرية ان المحكمة الدستورية اكدت في حيثيات حكمها ان "تكوين المجلس بكامله باطل منذ انتخابه، وأن المجلس بالتالي غير قائم بقوة القانون بعد الحكم بعدم دستورية انتخابه دون حاجة إلى اتخاذ أية إجراء آخر".
وقال مرشح جماعة الاخوان المسلمين للانتخابات الرئاسية في مصر محمد مرسي انه يحترم احكام المحكمة الدستورية العليا ويتعهد تنفيذها، وذلك في تصريحات لقناة دريم الفضائية المصرية الخاصة مساء الخميس.
وقال مرسي "احترم حكم المحكمة الدستورية العليا من منطلق احترامي لمؤسسات وسلطات الدولة ومبدأ الفصل بين السلطات"، مؤكدا انه "غير راض" عن الحكم بعدم دستورية قانون العزل لكنه شدد على انه "يحترمه" ويعتبره "واجب النفاذ".
ويفترض ان يترتب على بطلان مجلس الشعب بطلان الجمعية التأسيسية التي شكلها الثلاثاء الاعضاء المنتخبون في مجلسي الشعب والشورى.
ويأتي قرار المحكمة الدستورية بحل مجلس الشعب قبل 48 ساعة من جولة الاعادة في الانتخابات الرئاسية المصرية المقرر اجراؤها السبت والاحد المقبلين والتي يخوضها اخر رئيس وزراء في عهد مبارك، احمد شفيق، في مواجهة مرشح جماعة الاخوان المسلمين محمد مرسي.
وقضت المحكمة الدستورية الخميس كذلك ببطلان تعديلات قانون مباشرة الحقوق السياسية التي نصت على استبعاد رموز نظام مبارك من الترشح للرئاسة مؤكدة بذلك احقية شفيق في الاستمرار في الانتخابات.

Funny, they claim to support free elections but they don't like it when the people don't follow their script (we remember when as the "Arab spring" was breaking out in Tunisia and Egypt how the Iranians welcomed what they dubbed as the creation of the Islamic Middle east). They don't like it if old guards are elected, you don't like it if Islamists are elected. I guess the only kinds of elections they like are ones controlled by an unelected barely educated relic with a black turban and a God complex in which he all but appoints those who represent the people, how those representatives are elected and when things don't go his way how to rig elections. A couple of weeks ago Hassan called that practice a modern state that combines authenticity and modernism.

Excellent news at least now the Egyptian people have a chance to kick the ekhwan out. is this a new American policy to use the 2ekhwan as revolutionary fuel and then kick them out?

I predict that the court will figure out how to reverse itself within a week. This is a stunning development, but not that stunning. As the man says, it has the USA's fingerprints all over it. Seventy five percent of the people voted for Islamist parties. Does AFP think their votes should not count, since it interviewed only "liberals" for its article?

The overall voter turnout is 54%
out of the 54%
Freedom and Justice got 37.5 %
Al-Nour got 27.8 %
Al-Wasat 3.7% (moderate Islamist - I'm being generous adding their votes)
even a stretch of the imagination of which you have so much gives the Islamist 75% of the egyptian people especial as only 54% of them voted, idiot!

The Saudi (American) puppets worked hard to get the Islamists elected to parliament with plenty of money. After seeing many Egyptian Islamists rip KSA over the treatment of Egyptian workers in KSA, they no longer trusted the Ikhwan and want a remnant of the old regime. KSA helped Shafiq to win second place in presidential elections (with 23% of the votes) so the 77% of the Egyptian people who support the revolution will have to choose an Islamist or the old guard forcing Nasserites and Leftist groups to boycott the elections. If Shafiq wins this elections, the Egyptian people will be forced again to unite against the counter American revolutionaries.
