أكراد سوريا يعتزمون تشكيل حكومة موقتة لإدارة مناطقهم في شمال البلاد

يعتزم الأكراد في شمال سوريا تشكيل حكومة مستقلة لإدارة مناطق وجودهم في شمال سوريا، بحسب ما افاد مسؤول كردي وكالة فرانس برس الجمعة.
وقال سكرتير حزب الاتحاد الديموقراطي الكردي صالح مسلم لفرانس برس "نرى ان الازمة (في سوريا) لا نهاية لها قريبة في الافاق ولهذا نحن محتاجون داخل المجتمع في غرب كردستان (...) لتشكيل ادارة ذاتية ديموقراطية".
وتشير عبارة غرب كردستان الى المناطق ذات الغالبية الكردية في شمال سوريا، لا سيما محافظة الحسكة (شمال شرق) وبعض مناطق حلب.
واضاف مسلم ان الامر هو "مشروعنا منذ عام 2007 لتامين احتياجات الناس"، مشددا على ان الحكومة ستكون موقتة.
وتابع "هي شكل موقت للادارة (...) وبمجرد ان يكون هناك اتفاق شامل ضمن سوريا في المستقبل عندها يمكن ان نضع حدا لهذه الادارة".
من جهته، اكد المتحدث باسم "مجلس الشعب لغرب كردستان" شيرزاد الايزدي التوجه الى تشكيل الحكومة.
وقال لفرانس برس ان "هذه الادارة الكردية ستكون بمثابة حكومة محلية موقتة، وهي التي ستتخذ الاجراءات لتنظيم انتخابات في المناطق الكردية".
واوضح ان التجربة ستكون "في بعض الاوجه، مشابهة لتجربة اقليم كردستان".
واشار الى ان المقترحات لتشكيل الحكومة وتنظيم الانتخابات تخضع للنقاش بين اطراف كردية متعددة، وان ثمة "فكرة ان تكتب دستورا موقتا حتى لا يكون هناك فراغ في المنطقة".
وتتولى مجالس محلية إدارة المناطق الكردية في شمال سوريا منذ انسحاب قوات نظام الرئيس بشار الاسد منها منتصف العام 2012.
وعدت خطة الانسحاب من هذه المناطق تكتيكية بالنسبة للنظام الذي يحتاج الى هذه القوات في المعارك ضد مقاتلي المعارضة في مناطق اخرى من البلاد، وتشجيعا للأكراد على عدم الوقوف الى جانب المعارضين بهدف الحفاظ على سلطتهم الذاتية.
ويحاول الاكراد عموما تجنيب مناطقهم النزاع المستمر في سوريا منذ منتصف آذار 2011، عبر ابقائها في منأى عن مقاتلي المعارضة او القوات النظامية.
ويشكل الاكراد 15 بالمئة من سكان سوريا البالغ عددهم 23 مليون نسمة، ويتركزون في شمال البلاد.
ولم يطالب أكراد سوريا علنا بدولة مستقلة على غرار أقرانهم في شمال العراق، لكنهم يأملون منذ بدء الاحتجاجات ضد النظام السوري، في الحفاظ على الصيغة الحالية بإدارة مناطقهم، والتي تعد اقرب الى حكم ذاتي.
وشهدت بعض المناطق الكردية اشتباكات بين مقاتلي اللجان الكردية ومقاتلي المعارضة السورية الذين يعتبر بعضهم ان الاكراد هم أقرب الى النظام.
من جهة اخرى، تدور منذ ايام معارك عنيفة بين الاكراد ومقاتلين اسلاميين متشددين ينتمون الى جبهة النصرة والدولة الاسلامية في العراق والشام، المرتبطتين بتنظيم القاعدة.
وادت الاشتباكات المتواصلة الى سيطرة الاكراد على بلدات وقرى في محافظة الحسكة، وطرد المقاتلين الاسلاميين من مدينة راس العين الحدودية مع تركيا.
والجمعة، حذر وزير الخارجية التركي احمد داود اوغلو المجموعات الكردية في سوريا من اي اتجاه انفصالي ومن "العواقب الخطيرة" التي يمكن ان تنجم عن سيطرتهم على هذه المدينة.

Exploating syria like this is disgusting. The syrian kurds integrated in to the syrian society and became syrians just like many syrians and arabs before them had kurdish origin so to try to seperate like this is cheap oportunism, its like stepping on your own families head. Whats next, should those who claim aramaic origin have their own state? And those who claim bedouin origin? and those who claim turkish origin? and those who claim canaanite origin? and the list goes on and on since the levantines are all mixed from various people. Well done baathist fools. You are destroying your own country. You could have let go of power and handed it over to the will of the syrian people, instead you created civil war and gave the green light for every enemy to come divide and burn syria as they please.

Talk is cheap. During this autonomy period, kurdish nationalism will be pumped in to the syrians of kurdish origin and they will be brainwashed in to thinking the syrians are their enemy. Just look at iraq and turkey, the kurdish movements turned their own people in to bigots who hate their fellow country men. Heres the thing about kurdish nationalism, turkish kurds have more in common with turks than what they have with iraqi kurds or syrian kurds or iranian kurds etc. The same is true about all these seperate kurdish people. By pumping in kurdish nationalism, one is only dividing kurds from their own brothers and at the end, they wont even be able to live with eachother and will have civil war between eachother based on cultural diffirences and the animosity that will take place.

Imagine a large kurdistan where kurdish turks, iraqis, syrians and iranians live with their own seperate languages and culture. All it takes to spark a civil war would be for a syrian kurd to run for president and the iraqi kurds will fuel things up. Millions of arabs have kurdish origin but havent identified as kurds since 1000s of years ago since there was no need for it and kurds of today also had no need for it. There was no need for a kurdish nationalism after their areas were incorporated in to countries that they were part of and integrated in. They werent occupied by foreigners rather they lived with those they always had lived with. Instead of letting things take their natural course, they created problems for themselves and now want to divide syria and iraq while at it. Its like people from zahleh deciding they want to seperate from lebanon.
